It's Alton Brown's turn to be the judge. This will be the first full demo for the contestants. What is your least favorite ingredient to cook with? In this episode we find out about the least favorite ingredients of the contestants. Just so that they wouldn't make me cook a squid. It would be hard to cook if you couldn't stand to even touch it.
The four finalists become Iron Chefs. In two competitions, each of the four finalists will complete three dishes. There is just one catch, they each have a surprise sous chef: an eliminated finalist. This should be fun!
